OR function when creating filter - not just AND

Would like to have an OR function when creating a filter, as opposed to only having AND available as it's less restricting.
In our case, we have sales people for different industry sectors and relevant services, so it would be nice to be able to use an OR function to create a single filter that will show the individual sales rep companies that have visited a relevant industry page OR are from specific industry.
At the moment, we have two filter views for each and it would be better to view in one view.

Addition: There should be a prioritisation within the OR function.
Use case: For some customers, certain contacts are important; there is usually a prioritisation which contact should be addressed first (e.g. contact with priority 1 from the HR department, contact with priority 2 from Purchasing, contact with priority 3 from Management).
Then you do not have to create a new search for each new department and exclude the previous list of contacts with priority 1.
