Hi Chris,
We are currently testing a tool called Linear for requests and issues escalated to the tech team. Once a client is part of a ticket/request, a notification should be triggered once the feature is implemented.
We aim to have this implemented by the end of October 2024.

Paul Faure: I wonder if we should use the Linear approach for bugs only and keep feature requests in Canny? I guess most feature requests will never be escalated (simply because it's a feature request, nothing to escalate) and Canny would also cover the "release notes" requirement. Perhaps something like:
* As a customer or team member, when I have an issue, I want to be informed when it has been solved => Linear
* As a customer or team member, I want to...
... be informed when/if a feature request submitted by myself has been released > Canny
... I want to check, e.g. once a month the "change log" and see which features have been released => Canny

I know that Herrko and Vincent are still evaluating this. We have a meeting on Thursday to go through the Support ticketing and happy to bring this point.
